What happens once your request is in

A reply the same business day
Requests sent during the week get a quote back the same business day. Weekend requests go out Monday morning.
Nothing is booked until you say so
A quote is a quote. There is no deposit to request one and no container is reserved until you confirm.
You pick the delivery date
Once you confirm, we agree a date, usually within a few business days. If a date moves on your side, the truck and the billing move with it.

How fast will I hear back?
Same business day for anything sent during the week. Weekend requests usually go out Monday morning.
Is the quote binding?
The price we quote is the price you pay for the job as described. The quote reflects the service you select: a move from one address to another, storage on your property, or storage at our facility. Changing the service changes the quote, and so does a bigger container or a longer rental. Either way we requote and tell you before anything changes.
Do I have to pay anything to get a quote?
No. There is no deposit to request a price and nothing is reserved until you confirm.
Can I get a quote for more than one container?
Yes. Tell us how many and for how long and we will price them as a group, which is usually better than the sum of the parts.
