How much notice do you need?
Often a couple of business days, and sometimes same week. If your date is fixed, book as early as you can.
What do you need at my property?
A clear, reasonably level spot, a straight approach for the truck, and overhead clearance. Low branches, power lines, and basketball hoops stop more deliveries than anything else, so look up before you book.
Will it fit in my driveway?
Almost always. Send a photo of the spot and we will confirm before we come out rather than after.
Do you deliver in winter?
Yes, year round. The driveway needs clearing before we arrive, and some cities restrict overnight street parking in winter, which matters if the container cannot go on private property.
Can I move it once it is placed?
Please do not. It is heavier than it looks and moving it risks your driveway and the contents. Call us and we will reposition it.
I have a project coming up. When should I expect my container?
Book it for a day or two before you need it, so it is on site before the work starts. We confirm the day, and the truck arrives at some point during that day.
