When you request a quote, book a rental or contact us, we collect what you give us: name, phone number, email address, the service address, and details about the job such as dates, container size and what is being stored. If you become a customer, we also hold billing records and the rental agreement you sign.
We use your information to quote, schedule, deliver, invoice, and provide customer service. We may contact you by phone, email or text about your quote, your rental, and your account. We do not sell your personal information.
If you check the consent box on our forms, you agree to receive text messages from Superior Mobile Storage about your quote and related account or service updates. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. Marketing texts are a separate, optional consent. Mobile information and text messaging opt-in data will not be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
